Landlord is utterly useless, doesn't give a toss. You'll hassle him for weeks to make repairs, when he eventually turns up he usually bodges things so badly that they're worse than when he started. That's if you can contact him at all; he'll go weeks ignoring you and claim not to have received messages, but he always managed to find my number when he wanted to drag me into some ridiculous petty dispute between other tenants.
